The Improvement of Health Behavior: Collaboration among Health Information Access, Health Literacy and Health Empowerment Variable

Health is an important factor affecting the development of a country. Everyone aware importance health for their productivity. However, fact that there are still many people who show unhealthy behaviors. There several problem in Indonesia. It related to accessibility, capability, capacity and affordability. This study intends look at explain first, influence information access literacy empowerment, second, effect behaviour through empowerment as mediation variables. The was conducted Blitar City Government, which separated into three areas administrative sub district. sample used this amounted 278 respondents. length time research 6 month, November 2019-April 2020. Data analysis method inferential statistical using structural equation modeling (SEM) GeSCA. path coefficient 0.382 stated level has positive significant on empowerment. 0.093 literacy. Meanwhile, -0.059. no behaviour. But, becomes with presence mediating variable.
